HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Pink Parsnip do not charge for our consultancy. That includes reviewing your existing bills (audit) recommending new solutions and implementing our recomendations.
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY?
Pink Parsnip are funded by the providers we put you with. So for example, if you purchase a mobile phone from us a small (very small) percentage goes to us for the life of the contract. This is why service and support are so important to us. If you are no longer a customer we do not get paid. It's important to note this money is not chargeable to you and you are never charged a premium for this.
CAN I KEEP MY NUMBER?
Yes! Doesn't matter if you are talking about mobile or a landline number, we will be able to port it to a new supplier.
DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT?
Absolutely! In fact, we would say our support is one of the main reasons you would use us. Not only do we help go through suppliers making it easier and potentially cheaper for you, but we are also there to look after you for the life of the contract. We understand how painful it sitting on hold, repeating yourself and wasting time whilst getting frustrated. For that reason, you get to speak to real people who care and will sort your problem, for free! Not only that if for any reason you do want to speak to the supplier directly you still can, so zero risk but all the rewards.
WHO BILLS ME?
You will be billed by the supplier that you choose through us, so for example that could be O2 or Plan.com. Pink Parsnip will have 3rd party access to your bills so we are there to explain any charges if needed.
DO YOU OFFER ON-SITE SETUP?
Yes absolutely, the majority of our support is done remotely. However, we realise sometimes you can't beat actual hands-on setup, so that's what we can do. Doesn't matter if it's installing a new phone system or just making sure your contacts move from one mobile to another. We can do it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PHONE GOES WRONG?
Ok, so if its a mobile phone and it's not an Apple product we offer next working day swap out, for free! If its an iPhone it will be under manufacturer warranty and we can happily provide a loan device free of charge if it needs to be repaired, but the great thing is most iPhones are repaired/replaced same day with Apple.

Simple, just a bit of time to discuss what you have? What do you need? Any problems or questions you may have. We then go away access your needs and make a recommendation. Once ready we talk you through the steps. A copy of your existing bills also helps.
